Well at first I had my horrible suspicions but i guess now after some testing with a good friend of mine, it is true.
Evil hunter DOES, i repeat, DOES go through shields WITH shield breaker.

As I said in my original post, "after some testing", the damage was going through the shield and hitting my health with the shield breaker damage. I know this because we stood for about 5-10 minutes and he just hit me with a few light attacks while I was just using hardened ward, at one point he accidentally killed me because of the evil hunter proc and he hit me for 6k camo hunter + 2k shield breaker. Guys, clearly this was a thought out and talked about game design decision by the developers that would not go wrong in any way whatsoever.

And will clearly get a quick fix if it is indeed a bug. They have always been on point with fixing pvp bugs. Eg: caltrops, mercs and the more recent trap that only lasted less than a month on live. /s
If this was a mechanic on a boss we'd see a hotfix on the next maintenance. Hey you dared me but I believe your shields where down or evil hunter hit you and took out your shields that's why that light attack got through and then when you noticed your shields were down you hit healing ward and shield breaker proced on you. Probably a bug that will need to be fixed,
Or Zenni see shield breaker as the type of damage that can crit evilhunter even through a shield.....

Actually it goes thru mist form, no matter what. I don't use shield ever (yes blazing shield is useless) and i have been killed by this set0
