1. Nocturnal: Thievery and the Thieves Guild
2. Mephala/Boethiah: Morag Tong and Dunmeri Assassins (I include boethiah because of the cultural elemental to azura/meph/bo)
3. Stendarr: the Mercy and Justice of Shor's Right Hand. Also the patron of the Imperial Legion (the true Legion, not that Mannimarco Jazz). These guys hate daedra, criminals, murder and theft. Perfect to play Cops.
I want them all! I have my Tong and Shadowscale characters, my Thief characters and my cop figured out. I hope they can all be played. This patch should be titled Cops & Robbers.
