    Not necessarily true, steel tornado is great for pve, because mobs...but in pvp, steel tornado loses in dps to skills like rapid strikes because of the focus on single target damage. If anything you want steel tornado for a substitute execute. ..but rapid strikes + heavy weave is likely a better combo.

    You missing the point that pvp is all about zerg. So tornado dps > flurry

    Taking on zerg with steel tornado spam = death. Best way to counter a zerg is with a larger zerg or by isolating the weakest players taking them out then dwindling the rest down.
