The maintenance is complete, and the PTS is now available.
50% less damage on PTS then on live....

I have read some of the forums of templars having this issue with damage being 50% lower on the PTS than on live. I run a magicka NB, and have seen the same issue.
Best example: My Funnel Health tooltip has a base damage of 7046. This is the same on both Live and the PTS. On live, this ability hits usually between 6k-8K non-crit (3K-5K in IC), depending on target resistance. On the PTS, I tested some mammoths in Orsinium and tried my hand at the Vet Arena. My funnel is hitting for only 3K-5K damage on everything that is in Orsinium...
Has ZOS commented anywhere on this topic? Is this an across the board damage nerf that is working as intended, did they give every mob in Orsinium crazy resistances, or is it something that's bugged and is being fixed.
Like I said, I saw a few threads mentioning this, but have yet to see any feedback on the problem. So any enlightening info would help!
