I have reinstalled the program 3 times and keep getting this error? I'm running Window's 10. anybody else having this problem?

gbaker42✭✭✭I downloaded dll and installed in my PTS game folder. I found video on youtube from fix4dll they have a spot where you can just download the dll and dont have to download any software or anything.Edited by gbaker42 on October 8, 2015 3:48AM0 -

✭✭✭✭✭I wouldn't be happy having to resort to a third-party download to fix a missing DX file. Is there an official Microsoft way to get this fixed? On the other hand, ZOS should try to make sure this issue doesn't transfer to Live, as there will be a load of players who won't know how to fix it. ✭✭✭✭✭Some reported updating their DirectX resolved the problem, and I have also heard that installing Microsoft's XBOX 360 controller driver worked to resolve this for some people as well. Yusuf✭✭✭✭✭Install the XBox 360 Driver from microsoft, even if it's for win7, that fixed it for me.
