Agree templars are OP but do lack a good CC, but if they also had CC's they would be near impossible to beat.

As for yourself, spamming bombard on one person was a waist. The morph venom arrow with fear would have made everyone's job much easier. Negate or two a few sorc's spamming crushing shock to silence, Venom Arrow, Mass hist... is your best help vs templars. Bombard is better to slow a zerg to keep your steel tornado and aoe spammers locked down while your group ultimate bombs them. Or as i like to do cloak behind the large zerg and bombard the back half of the pack, this often separates the healers from the DPS a little. So the main group can nuke them while there healers are spamming break free etc. Spamming your bombard also is of use only for the first root. after that they get a CC immunity for a few seconds unlike in a zerg situation where the pin down will ignore the ones all ready rooted in place and hit other members of the party., so spamming it 5 times is a waist of time and a waist of your resource pool if its just a single target player.

I was not trying to be a D^&k to you pointing this out. But i thought it needed mentioning as some potential help in the future when encountering dreaded templar / healer.

However until someone with real skill and who doesn't want to be associated with more odious types can provide a detailed explanation (complete with proof of how it's done) one is just going to have to deal with whining about the E word.

I suppose so. I could be totally wrong and I'll gladly accept it if I am, but I'm at least glad I got to offer my 2 cents.

sigh, ZOS please check my account and abilities. I must say there is a bug with keeps and multiple players I attribute to some sort of lag, that periodically reduces damage to near zero in large fights. Many experience this, otherwise the conspiracy folks should really research battle leveling.

Ok let me clear something. That empowering sweep ulti duration is 8 seconds. And it gives 15% dmg reduction + 4% more for each target it hits. In best case scenario, considering he hits atleast 5 people with it, end result will be 35% dmg redux for 8 seconds.
Undead passive grants up to 33% dmg redux if bellow 50% health. Note that it says "up to 33%", meaning at around 10% health you gain that much reduction.
Add armor and resist on top of that. Lets say flat 25% at best if you consider armor reduction debuffs, champion points and things like that.

In best case scenario, all of these make 93% damage reduction when in extremely low heath and only for 8 seconds assuming he hits at least 5 people with his ulti (if not, then 73%).
After 8 seconds, his dmg reduction goes down to 58%(at best). If he has more than 10% health left, his reduction goes down further bellow that number down to 25% depending on his health.
He used his ulti 4 times around every 45 seconds. Which means every 45 seconds he gain 35% dmg mitigation for 8 seconds. Which also means 90% of time in this video he didn't have that. And considering he only once dropped bellow 10% health, so most of the time he had only 25% to 35% dmg reduction at best!

These are the facts. Now consider the amount of damage coming from 10 people and coldfire balista and all that stuns, debuffs and other shìts, then watch it again.

As a side note, I have very similar build to what I said in this post, and it performs very good but is no where near close to this level as it had shown in the video. It has limits as every other "legit" build but the thing in this video is by far beyond its limits. You can't survive from a situation when your sweep ulti is off and stunned and eat a coldfire balista while at least 5 ppl beating you with all they have and you're just doing light attacks after breaking free... You guys can't be believing this can ever happen. Cmon.

Go test it in pts man. I gave you the detailed numbers and explained how to do that. Test it yourself. I dont have tools to make video, but it would be great if someone can make it.
