So just saying the name of a certain player, mind you.. No saying they cheat gets your post removed and threatened by mods now.
He's just one of this narcissistic personalities, who writes in 'distant' third person view. I'll not explain further, as they are people you can't argue with.. Simply ignore! Don't waste your time, as anything you say, whether positive or negative, feeds their ego. This is what they want: to get attention! Simply ignore! Sadly, this type of gamer is no phenomenon in mmorpgs. You'll better understand, if you get in touch with them in TeamSpeak.Minnesinger wrote: »Sadly I feel we feed the ego of players who want to create rep by all means. Not directed to "add player in the video" but all those players who think they are b*da***s when they use some broken stuff.

Stamina Templars are very nasty right now...Jabs is no bloody joke...
Their Heals aren't bad either..esp when i'm seeing them heal for like 8k a pop...

Use skills as Dark Flare, ultimates as Death Stroke, etc.
No class is invincible, in fact, most crying about Templars comes from players, who do not stack heal-debuffs, or that just focus on maximum-dmg builds and thereby leave out important and necessary skills, as heal-debuffs, interrupts, etc.... This type of "complaining player" plays mostly in larger groups and has a high opinion about himself!
When you apply more than 2 heal debuffs, you force the templar to use cleanse/purge/puryfying ritual in his rotation, which gives you 2-3 seconds more to combat the heal-spammin (beside CC'ing). When both (!) comes together, multiple heal-debuffs + CC, no spec can survive it! EVEN if he plays a nord-race vampire (or with 5-Cyrondils light) for higher mitigation..
At all times, even against the old imba-DK builds, applying several heal-debuffs was the key to success to combat heal-spammers, or very tanky/regeneration/block/evade builds.
Every skilled raid/raid leader has a strategy vs. strong healers, as they are the pillars of the strongest pvp groups, when fights last longer and healers seem overpowered. You have to simply spam 2-x heal debuffs on the healer, so that when the CC is successfull, the heal debuff is up. When the templar breaks the CC (2-3 sec), he'll immediately puryfy (another 1-2 sec) and than heal up (another 1-2 sec), this time window is large enough to get him down.. (executes, etc., left out).

Working as intended.
Confirmed by devs after countless in-game reports with no action taken upon the player.
Where's the /lurk here @ZOS_RichLambert
This is what your bug reporting has given us after a year of reporting the same individual for the same thing.
Telel is going to use the appropriate amount of wit and intellectualism to provide a precise and all encompassing answer to @Mumyo 's question.
Nope
Shhh, Telel is following the rules as only humble khajiit can.
It's also why they chose a musical track over letting the TS commentary play as there was one person who used two words every five seconds through the whole fight.

Probably a L2P issue, i saw his HP at 13% you have to use an execute, silly cat. (s)

A better thread title would have been: Crazy dmg mitigation - is this bug abusing?
