[Hunt Leader Set] Is this the intended "buff" for stam sorc??

Do pets scale off what ever recourse is higher? To Bad we didn't have spellcrafting so I could have a wolf instead of them deadric abominations. Or even costumes for pets oooooh that would be cool lol

The rebalance patch is not out yet. This set is either stupidly conceived, or there is a high probabilility of pets scaling with magicka or stam, whichever is higher.

Nice 4-piece set since it comes with rings. The cooldown kills the 5-piece, even if any of the non-sorc "pets" (shades, deadroth, spiders) can trigger it.

Also, the enchantment is magicka...and a terribly low value compared to a VR16 spell damage enchant. Is this a real item?

It, under perfect conditions, comes to something close to a 500 health/stamina regen buff, only it requires this attack combo. Hopefully it gets changed to be more consistent (not bound to a timer) because I like the concept of it. Alos, @ZOS_RichLambert, will sorc pets be able to scale off of stamina or magicka so that they are more usable for non-magicka stacking builds?

The 5 piece, i'm guessing, either only procs with sorc pets or maybe it includes nb's shades. If you want a similar restore health/stamina trait and use a bow, kyne's kiss is very close (roughly the same heal but tied to 10% of bow attacks).

The 5 poece bonus is completely undesirable for any build ever. No NB, Sorc or ERPer will ever wnat that. In the end it equates to 240 stam and HP regen that is ubaffected by %increases. In PvP the heal will be even less.

This set isn't designed to be used at endgame. It's designed for casual players who buy the DLC to say, "Hey, this is a pretty cool set and will work on my Sorc because I want to run 2H with pets."

Shhhh don't tell zos about the dots (I haven't tested so couldn't say if it did or not). I miss the old crit surge. New one is meh to ok, but when it procced off dots that was fun.

240 per second, regen is twice a second so it would look more like 500.

I believe necropotence works with shades. So I imagine this set does as well.

Considering Ball of Lightning and Shades are pets - at least they trigger the necropotence set - I do see quite some use for it I guess.

And I'm really wondering if it's gonna work with the set that spawns weapons

Essence thief you need to chase down the essence when it procs. I would say this set is more comparable to the Kyne's Kiss set, which would need to proc once every 5s to be as effective (which with a 10% rate would be around 2 attacks per second).

Gotta keep in mind alot of these sets arent being added to produce new endgame gear. ZOS is trying to appeal to all types of playstyles that their players have. People do play this game casually.
