DK 2hand Stam dps build, which 5th ability? and which mundus?

so i got 2hand with following skills: engulfing flames, WB, Rally, Critical rush. flawless dawnbreaker
the possible choices are execute or Evil Hunter. and for both vs daedra and non-daedra
should i switch to brawler instead of EF?
i am using the warrior stone, and wondering if i should switch to thief. i have over 50% crit without thief (with major savagery from Evil Hunter), about 56%

second bar is a bow skill, with DB, poison arrow, snipe, the DK wings, and the fire volley, with ice comet

unstable flame and may be execute instead of engulfing flames

and then change bow bar for AoE dmg (or use DW and tornado)

engulfing flames is good AoE only when added with spam AoE skill

What about when I'm alone in IC? Aoe for groups of 3 dremora etc

Edit: I'd like to keep bow. As it's useful to go ranged randomly in some fights, especially if boss uses melee range aoe

In IC I do not think engulfing flames will be effective vs groups of 3 dremora, it will be easier to hit them one by one. And then unstable flame will be more usefull as ot puts powerfull DoT while you spam WB.

And if you want melee AoE then you'll need Burning Breath morph (as it scales of stamina) DoT with tornado (most effective) or brawler (less effective) spam.
Or you can use Burning Breath with bombard spam

No, it's good skill especcialy in daedra/undead locs. The question is what slot you'll need for it.
10% crit equals ~5% dmg so if you fight non undead/daedra boss execute is better, if you fight common undead/daedra mobs (espessialy with AoE) hunter is very usefull. (so may be you should put it on bow bar), on the other hand you do not really need execute for common mobs (as WB will finish them almost as quickly).

For small group IC I've been having fun with something like this....
2H - Rally - Crit Rush - Unstable Flame - WB - Executioner - Flawless Dawnbreaker... for Single Target
DW - Vigor - Evil Hunter - Engulfing Flames - Steel Tornado - Rapid Maneuvers(group)/Quick Cloak(solo) - Flawless Dawnbreaker/Standard... for AoE. Choking Talons also synergizes well with Steel tornado with the Ruffian passive.

If you're primarily want that passive weapon crit that Evil Hunter is providing, as others have pointed out, unless fighting against Undead/Daedra, it's not as effective. You can instead looking into using Flames of Oblivion. Otherwise, @PhatGrimReaper gave a really nice setup that I use myself. Depending on the situation, I'll drop DW for Bow when range is preferred (ie: Engine Guardian).

I only just noticed that you were asking about Mundus stones too......

I think it really depends on your overall setup..... If have no problems with sustain, you should take either the Warrior(Weapon Damage) or the Shadow(increase crit damage... this only gives the best results if your crit chance is higher than 50%). If sustain is an issue, I would take the Serpent for Stamina regen.

Drop one of your bow skill and put Evil hunter there as you dont have to keep it active.. once you kill it will be active for a while,

This will open a slot on your main bar to add another skill for doing damage,
or maybe an execute as well..
