It's really not a big deal but I feel like an idiot every time I accidentally drop my ultimate (DK) on a single mob in front of other people.

Killed Rilis when only 2 adds where up. I was sure there where 3 and just gone crazy on him without double checking. It was a pretty bad PUG and really wanted to get it over..

I've cursed the close placement of the e and r keys everytime I fire off an ultimate instead of looting a killed mob...

Fallen off ledges in dungeons a couple of times.

You all know that incredibly tall mountain in cyrodiil? The one with the troll and the skyshard? I was up there looking out at the pretty scenery having just slayed the troll and got the shard.

When an EP tried to attack!

YOLO rolled right off the mountain to dodge attacks. Don't even know how it happened.

Bought a staff in the guild traders for 21k, needed to hit the next vet level to use it but managed to deconstruct it just under an hour later. Post it note now says, leave attachments in email till ready to equip.

I had mission in Cyrodiil and it was miles away from the spawn point so I ride there on horseback making sure to avoid all the other factions and any other enemies. Im nearly there but theres a small lake in my way, I decided to swim across and as soon as I got in the water I was instantly killed by a damn mudcrab and was spawned back at our gate.. Im still a bit of a noob (Lvl 14) so im sure more embarrassing moments will happen.

We were busy with AA,
On 2nd last boss we were all busy charging our ulti's,
back in the day when we could,

I accidentally swopped bars and aggroed the boss,
We all died....

When I first got the game, I was getting really annoyed with the area chat (random idiots yelling, coughing, etc.) so I turned the volume all the way down. The first dungeon I tried, the PuG I was with was trying to communicate with me, but I couldn't hear them. They could probably hear me cursing up a storm because I thought my game was bugged. Each one consecutively left shortly thereafter.

It took me until I joined my first guild and tried to talk with some of my guildies to realize that I never turned my chat volume back up. Lots of headaches all caused by my idiocy...

About 3 weeks ago, we were about to Run AA. 12 people all ready to rock and roll.

I went to recharge my Nirn Dagger and accidentaly Destroyed it instead!

Definitely not my proudest moment.

I saw a large aldmeri force attacking Molag Bal
he had about 3% health left
i charged in, used dawnbreaker on aldmeri, and immediately died from Molag Bal's death explosion

When I first started playing, I had several unfortunate deaths that could have been avoided if I had remembered to use healing potions. I am my own worst enemy.

I've also had 2-3 untimely deaths due to falling from great heights. My OCD requires that I search every nook and cranny, and sometimes I walk a little bit too close to the edge trying to get somewhere that I probably don't belong.

Remember good 'ol'days AA when it was all about time ? And we used to jump with horses to the stone atronach boss.

So there's 12 of us happily running towards the all-time-universal-cross-server-AA-time-record.

... and I fall. Everyone else is safe across, of course.
I respawn at the entrance and run back. Damm, back then we used to skip adds thus the frost area is still active, and OF COURSE I don't have speed buff to cross it.
Nice-guy-with-speed-buff suicides to join me and get me through.
We jump. He crosses. I fall... again. (I know, s-h-i-t happens but twice ?)

Nice-guy-with-speed-buff suicides again to get me through the ice area. By that time, he's renamed "my-own-personal-guardian-angel" and the 10 other people "angels-of-patience".

So we jump again and... I cross, but my own personal guardian angel falls

He finally came back and we could finish our... errr... super-speed-run ?

Frankly I didn't do it on purpose and didn't know where to hide in shame, but we still remember as one of our greatest big-laugh moments in the game.

Oh yeah I forgot to mention : somebody had recorded it....

This one didn't happen to me, but a few days ago an alliance member captured an enemy scroll (vr 16 with recruit rank). Then he ran to our nearest keep and tried to fast travel LOL. That was the most innocent thing i've seen hahaha

Not in this game but in StarCraft 2 I came back from getting significantly crippled by my opponent early on; I landed my EMPs on the enemies' army while hitting my medivac drops perfectly across multiple locations my opponent typed "gg" which is a concession of victory and is followed up by your opponent leaving the game. In a fit of lunacy I left the game and gave my opponent the victory.

This next one is not mine but my friends. still can't believe he got to LV33 without weapon swapping I was like ____ why don't you weapon swap? and he was ranting about how 2 handed was the best and he didn't need to weapon swap blah blah blah. I was saying his last name every time he paused then he finally said "what" and I told him weapon swapping also gives you another skillbar to switch to even if both are 2 handed. instant embarrassment and cursing from him

Lol. The funny thing was they all agreed with me and said they should have done the same thing. So much for the 2% percent theory. It happens. We did ok after that and got the gold key, so it was ok in the end. Issue is always the same: when nobody wants to talk about anything going wrong in the run, you get into trouble.

This has happened to me a few times when trying out new builds on my sorcerer.

Defending a keep in Cyrodil, and bolt escaping right off the battlement into the enemy...bolt escape is now always the same key, and I even go so far as to not put anything I would use at range in that spot on my bar.

Its more than possible to even lvl to v16 without weapon swapping. Its not a necessity. Of course some ppl are used to that to a degree that they cant play without second bar, but its not that hard.

My first time in Coldharbour.

Decided I was tough and wanted to solo a World Boss.

As we're battling around, I dodge-rolled to get away from the Flame spout from the Super-Daedroth. Rolled right off the edge of the cliff into the waters of oblivion.

Due to Soul Summons, I chose to respawn right there. As soon as I respawned, I popped off my Vamp super to go toe-to-toe with it, it went to breathe fire again, I rolled off the same cliff. Again.
