Maelstrom Shield has no new enchant?

As the title said. The shield only gets a prismatic enchant?
I realise the 1h sword/mace has a new effect for low slash but thats increased damage + a very weak stamina recovery on fully charged heavy attack, doesn't do much for tanking. How about the shield gets some improvement to a shield skill or some kind of passive effect that benefits tanks?

✭✭✭✭Well.. The shield is not exactly a weapon, so i really don't think it should get a special enchant.
It's not even sure if the shield drops or it's just some random datamined stuff.Susano'o
