Maelstrom Arena weird AI behaviour?

Heya folks, I just have a question for everyone who has tried and/or completed the Maelstrom Arena on either difficult:
I completed normal mode yesterday, but noticed that the AI was glitching (almost teleporting) around at times and being very "indecisive", like they would walk towards me, turn around to walk away, then turn around again and come at me. It was very strange. Plus I noticed some DSA-style rubberbanding on the Swamp stage (stage 3 I think), with all the stranglers and enemy mobs that would pull you.
I had a latency of around 200, which is quite normal for me on Live, but I only experienced this inside the Arena, outside of it everything was fine.

Redfer✭✭Same, especially in the dwemer level (2) most mobs had some trouble reaching me alone flat ground, and it seemed that every time i got pulled by a strangler in round 3 (swamp) i got rubber banded back to where I started each time i got pulled.
Also occasionally in round 5/6 I'd get huge lag spikes where suddenly everything froze, went crazy, and I was dead. Not once did i have any latency from my internet connection, and my ping stayed below 100 the whole time.1 -
