    2pc: + Spell damage
    3pc: + Spell recovery
    4pc: + Max magicka
    5pc: Nearby enemies take 2050 unresistable damage every second while under the effects of Cloak

    Well, they said the templates will get all the sets at some point, but I prefer to have them now. :P

    Just logged on and new template characters do not have any of the new sets. The gear packs are all gold VR14 crafted and dropped sets including Footman's, Whitestrake, Cyrodiil's Light, Ravager, etc.

    I'm really worried about the new "magicka" Hunding set. It seems that ZOS forgot that they already have a few- Kagrenac's Hope(crafted) or Martial Knowledge or Overwhelming. It boggles the mind.

    Martial is gone, unless they deliver a VR16 version.

    Overwhelming is exactly the same 4-piece as a medium set (Toxic?). The 5-piece bonus on overwhelming is not good for most light-magicka builds

    Spell power cure is exactly the same 4-piece as another medium set (Essence thief?). The 5-piece for one is better for the group and the other is better for self

    Kag's crafted is decent DPS set (but completely worse than 4-piece overwhelming+1 piece molag). It's a great PvP set

    Dropped sets with rings/jewelry are more important than all the other sets anyway.

    I just checked the stream again. At 31:49 Wrobel says that it's a crafted set called "Law of Julianos". (No idea regarding the spelling)

    Overwhelming 4 pc is like Martial Knowledge and is the same as the Sheer Venom 4pc. And yes, the 5 pc bonus is bad.

    Correct. Also, with random traits and terrible drop rates, a good crafted alternative is great.

    Agreed. The IC sets killed build diversity with the extremely limited jewelry options.

    The main hope is to increase build diversity. It also gives a nice alternative to farming for hours to get a bad trait version of the wrong set or another duplicate piece.

    Julianos is correct. Julianos is a god of the imperial pantheon. It's the god of wisdom and magical arts basically.

    Worbel said it's the counter part to the Master Weapons from VDSA, so I guess they're enchantment-based as well. Keep in mind it only restores magicka if it crits.

    Sounds like the target of Rapid Regeneration/Mutagen will get the magicka when your heal crits. Basically like the current master resto staff works for stamina.

    No, they are like the old Master weapons, so just the staff.
    Does sound really good for my NB healer. But what I'm most curious about is the destro staff with a boost to Wall of Elements. I really want to see that skill become useful again.

    Note that the Code set appears to have typo/formatting issue with set bonuses, as it lists a 1pc but no 5pc bonus. I would think that the effect listed for 1pc bonus is actually bonus for 5pc.

    Ahhhh so it's a single staff that carries this effect ? O.o hm..... I might remove combat prayer and sacrifise some damage and take regeneration instead with this staff.

    Sounds very strong, as I am having huge sustain problems in pvp.

    That 1pc bonus on the Code set looks like it's supposed to be the 5pc one to me.

    FYI it dropped during a normal run of the maelstrom arena. In vet mode it would probably been a VR16 drop.
