I had to reformat my computer last night. Cannot get access code email.
The access code email is not being sent by Bethsoft to me. I cannot play until you get the bethsoft email server back online wo it will send me the access code. It has not gone to spam or any other folder. I simply have not received it which means you haven't sent it. Please fix whatever the hangup is so I can get my access code and get back into the game.

I opened a ticket #151006-001224 on this issue. Hopefully some one will wake up and realize the authorization code emails are not being sent.0

I have now gotten a goofy reply from bethsoft tech support saying I should change my email address in my account. That is the stupidest suggestion I have ever heard. I have been successfully receiving email from bethsoft at this address for almost two years now since I was in the beta.
They need to fix whatever process is supposed to send the emails out because no one can receive what has never been sent.
You would think the least they would do is verify the emails are going out, but noooo0 -

pirate3✭✭✭I had the same problem with a hotmail account I setup for this game. Eventually I had to switch to a different email account and I haven't had any problems since. It's not a great solution, but it's an effective one and I'd recommend that you do it if you want to get back in the game.0
