Buff Resources depending on the number of CP you have. the higher CP the lower the buff (300+ being base resources) the lower the CP the higher the buff.
i would just really like to get people to stop complaining about CP so we can keep it as is while also making things relatively fair. even though i have trolled the hell outta AD and DC zergs today while running solo with my 51 CP /notbroken.

Revert the bolt escape nerf, the dodge roll nerf, give us back dynamic ult gen and our miss chance abilities, Temps get blinding flashes, replace eclipse with it and keep jesus beam, NBs get double take, that they can stack with evasion, DKs get cinder storm, keep the cost of Standard the same, reduce the cost of Nova to 200 and raise negate to 250, remove the nerf to reflect, remove the nerf from streak period, because infinite streak is fine, and make cloak *** work, buff detect pots back to last patch, allow snares to effect roll dodge distance, allow all magical melee attacks to go through dodge, whip, concealed, jabs, revert the battle spirit change to 30% healing 25% damage, and 15% shields, remove AoE Caps entirely, allow ground oils, un-purge-able meat-bags and oil catapults. Keep the current major/minor buff system, remove sneak bonus damage and keep the stun, buff Vigor's heal by 10% and Rally by 5% (To counter-act the attacks going through dodge.) and reduce wrecking blow, crystal frags and snipe's damage by 15%, revert proxy back to 1.6 and make it scale off your percent health not do base damage.
1-6 people = 15% of max health
7-12 people = 45% of max health
13-18 people = 65% of max health
19-24 people = 85% of max health
25+ People = 95% of max health
This makes Proxy an actual zerg buster and not a lol get rekt magblade allahu akbar bomb or a worthless crap ability.
Annnnd buff shield breaker damage to 3k unresistable damage, and change battle spirit to give us 10k-15k max health. Buff major defile to 50% heal reduction, increase the damage of DoTs all around by 10-15%, allow them to tick on damage shields, buff Dragon's Blood to 40% of missing health to counter-act the battle spirit nerf, scrap DK chains and give us a class gap closer, give light armor a spell damage passive not a penetration passive, give a CP that reduces physical damage by a flat amount, and move the magicka damage CP into The Apprentice by merging it into Elemental Expert.

When you first read it - ok might be fine. But once you think about these changes. Oh god. No. This would completely remove 1vX in any form from the game. No thx. I´ll take the current mess over this any day of the week.
Everything fine, but if Magicka attacks negate dodge completely, Shield breaker should ignore shields completely.
Any new nightblade could simply teleport strike spam you and continue with Concealed Weapon, you cant do anything about it. Outheal 8k+ dmg per second ain't gonna work.
Well teleport strike and lotus fan still ignores dodge right now tho..
Would be fine with reducing the dmg of magika attacks instead of dodging them tho.

It needs to be capped, but not for balance reasons. It needs to be capped so that we have to make build choices, and not all have the same exact characters with the same exact stats once everyone reaches 3.6k

You can't even 1vX right now.... If they have even the smallest semblance of intelligence you're dead, and if they have a healer, you're dead. Besides, these changes are basically asking for 1.6 back with some balance changes and tweaks, and I'm 99.99% sure that last patch could kill all germs.. Uh.. I mean 1vX.
Edit: Just the thought at a vamp DK in 1.6 with dynamic ult, infinite reflect, undodgeable magica melee attacks, cinderstormmisschance, and 35khp 35kmag 20k stam and a magica gapcloser is giving me nightmares. Holy crap.
I mean i understand the class is not in a good shape right now. But this would be worse than 1.1 1.2 DK.
