Revert the bolt escape nerf, the dodge roll nerf, give us back dynamic ult gen and our miss chance abilities, Temps get blinding flashes, replace eclipse with it and keep jesus beam, NBs get double take, that they can stack with evasion, DKs get cinder storm, keep the cost of Standard the same, reduce the cost of Nova to 200 and raise negate to 250, remove the nerf to reflect, remove the nerf from streak period, because infinite streak is fine, and make cloak *** work, buff detect pots back to last patch, allow snares to effect roll dodge distance, allow all magical melee attacks to go through dodge, whip, concealed, jabs, revert the battle spirit change to 30% healing 25% damage, and 15% shields, remove AoE Caps entirely, allow ground oils, un-purge-able meat-bags and oil catapults. Keep the current major/minor buff system, remove sneak bonus damage and keep the stun, buff Vigor's heal by 10% and Rally by 5% (To counter-act the attacks going through dodge.) and reduce wrecking blow, crystal frags and snipe's damage by 15%, revert proxy back to 1.6 and make it scale off your percent health not do base damage.

1-6 people = 15% of max health
7-12 people = 45% of max health
13-18 people = 65% of max health
19-24 people = 85% of max health
25+ People = 95% of max health

This makes Proxy an actual zerg buster and not a lol get rekt magblade allahu akbar bomb or a worthless crap ability.

Annnnd buff shield breaker damage to 3k unresistable damage, and change battle spirit to give us 10k-15k max health. Buff major defile to 50% heal reduction, increase the damage of DoTs all around by 10-15%, allow them to tick on damage shields, buff Dragon's Blood to 40% of missing health to counter-act the battle spirit nerf, scrap DK chains and give us a class gap closer, give light armor a spell damage passive not a penetration passive, give a CP that reduces physical damage by a flat amount, and move the magicka damage CP into The Apprentice by merging it into Elemental Expert.

    Buff Resources depending on the number of CP you have. the higher CP the lower the buff (300+ being base resources) the lower the CP the higher the buff.

    i would just really like to get people to stop complaining about CP so we can keep it as is while also making things relatively fair. even though i have trolled the hell outta AD and DC zergs today while running solo with my 51 CP /notbroken.

    It needs to be capped, but not for balance reasons. It needs to be capped so that we have to make build choices, and not all have the same exact characters with the same exact stats once everyone reaches 3.6k

    Everything fine, but if Magicka attacks negate dodge completely, Shield breaker should ignore shields completely.
    Any new nightblade could simply teleport strike spam you and continue with Concealed Weapon, you cant do anything about it. Outheal 8k+ dmg per second ain't gonna work.
    Well teleport strike and lotus fan still ignores dodge right now tho..

    Would be fine with reducing the dmg of magika attacks instead of dodging them tho.
    It was simply broken and made vamp as stam build nearly impossible.

    You can't even 1vX right now.... If they have even the smallest semblance of intelligence you're dead, and if they have a healer, you're dead. Besides, these changes are basically asking for 1.6 back with some balance changes and tweaks, and I'm 99.99% sure that last patch could kill all germs.. Uh.. I mean 1vX.

    The fact that CP is not capped is the reason this is the only MMO i've seriously gotten into. if it where capped. once i reached that cap i would shelf the game and move on, same as any other. if you want to focus on builds go play a souls game, eso doesn't really have the mechanics for meaningful builds imo.

    Magicka Melee, Magicka range whatever.
    You can't create distance against a NB or a good DK and you can't outheal that dmg.
    Imagine Shield breaker would ignore your whole Shield, but not remove it. That's how it felt to fight against Magicka NBs and DKs.
    Most Magicka users play melee btw..

    Shieldbreaker with still no vaible heals.

    Also the main reason you could kill everything in 1.6 was high dmg when compared to average HP. If targets in 1.6 would have had 10k to 15k more HP you would have killed as much as you´re killing now when there is a healer around - nothing.

    Everything you´re asking for is counteracting 1vX (even more so than the current patch - except for working escape mechanics but they´re working fine currently so there´s nothing wrong atm) and you either want that or don´t understand what the changes you propose imply.

    Edit: Just the thought at a vamp DK in 1.6 with dynamic ult, infinite reflect, undodgeable magica melee attacks, cinderstormmisschance, and 35khp 35kmag 20k stam and a magica gapcloser is giving me nightmares. Holy crap.
    I mean i understand the class is not in a good shape right now. But this would be worse than 1.1 1.2 DK.

    Agree with all of it, except you missed revert Mist Form and regen whilst blocking back to how it was in 1.6.

    I would come back to ESO full time if all these changes were made.

    Edit: Just the thought at a vamp DK in 1.6 with dynamic ult, infinite reflect, undodgeable magica melee attacks, cinderstormmisschance, and 35khp 35kmag 20k stam and a magica gapcloser is giving me nightmares. Holy crap.
    I mean i understand the class is not in a good shape right now. But this would be worse than 1.1 1.2 DK.

    Speaking of dodge chance, I am now a baby Magicka NB. I noticed a debuff after using double take called something like "Dodge Fatigue". The dodge chance is only 20%, and if you put a cooldown on it, it's far less. This has ruined the ability for me.

    Can anyone with more experience with this play style explain it to me? Where do we get the minor buff from? How much can you stack, what is "Dodge Fatigue", and is this even a viable defensive mechanic anymore?

    Just go back to 1.6. 1.5 is too much to hope for so I'd accept 1.6. What ever happened to letting the game breathe?

    Love most the points. Only one I disagree with is the prox det. If it actually went in game like that there would just b too much damage. 1 person shouldn't b able to wipe a 24 man ever but, especially not with a skill that doesn't even require any type of build. The way you have it now some guy running all soul shrivel gear could wipe a zerg. I'm they should give it a 12m range. Restore the cast time and 4s to detonate. Make a high spell damage build have maybe a 5 or 6k tooltip that scales exponentially with the amount of people you hit all the way up to 500%.

    magicka detonation should be trash when used against 1 person or a small group... so silly watching organized 12-person permablock vampire zergball charge at me all dropping sync'd proxy dets, not to bust a zerg, but to kill 1 player that's been annoying them

    also i think i'm going to post this image in every post i make now because it sums up the big picture problem with pvp

    I don't think melee magicka attacks should go through dodge.

    Annulment should be redesigned completely, there are enough damage shields in this game.

    Cap CP and put soft caps back in that make since for the amount of CP. Soft caps should be placed at a point were we get a decent TTK and things like perma dodge and perma block don't exist, but allow for more reactive plays tyle than live. Adjustments may be needed to skill costs(damage shields) as well to deal with infini resource builds. Soft caps on resource pools should have a curve shouldn't just be halved after a certain point but increase to that and worse over time.

    I don't think the change to prox det is needed if you bring back dynamic ult. An instant I win button against a 24 man raid is not something that should exist.

    Battle spirit giving a ton of health is the wrong way to go. Bring back soft caps like I said earlier and then make health worth 1.5 times the other resources like it was before. Health needs to be worth that much more for it to be worth taking. Stam/Mag gives resources and damage. Health doesn't give health and DR just health so it must be worth atleast 1.5 times as much.
    This in combination with resource DR curve gives you options, do you want to push your damage resource till the first hit of a curve than go health for survivability, or do you want to just keep pushing the damage resource for more power.

    No to bringing back miss chance, just make cinder storm kind of like rune focus where while you are inside of it you get the major evasion buff. If dynamic ult came back then the reflective scales nerf should stay.

    Snares reflecting dodge roll was in the game when IC first came out and it was awful.

    If Negates ult cost is increased to 250 it should go back to being the negate of 1.5.

    Dot damage shouldn't be increase, makes DK PVE DPS too OP. Also don't mix in pvp where there are purges and no cooldowns. DK does need a class execute though.

    Lastly shield breaker should not be buffed it should be completely removed from the game. Shields should be balanced with the amount of resources they cost and soft caps on regen stats, not with a set bonus that goes straight through them.

    Just my opinions that don't mean anything and won't happen /shrug we can dream though.
