It's really bad and really does feel out of wack; once you spend at least 60,000 though, you've effectively bought 10 6k boxes.

After having to go through 115 boxes, I can just focus on getting mats now for v16 gear. To get to this point, I'd grab lots of trophies with stones on the side, sometimes I'd just rotate out two bosses for 300 stones per kill and maximise their 10 min respawn, I'd have to mix up how I got the stones to keep it somewhat interesting.

Also, the stuff you get from 600 boxes isn't just decon gear, you can throw them in GS, I just shove them out at 1,250 or 2,250 and they've actually sold.

I remember on ESO live they said that you'd be able to buy and sell polymorphs. I also remember on ESO live saying there is a low, low chance for polymorphs to come from treasure vaults. Fortunately, I didn't believe this when they said it.

Even more odd when Creative Director mistakes emperorship for champion points too but I digress; I just wish they'd allow them to be BoE so friends could obtain and then trade duplicate polymorphs.

I remember when they said that, too.

Can we get some official confirmation on the rate difference between the green box and the blue box and getting a polymorph? Someone from ZOS?

@ZOS_GinaBruno , the least you could do for not making polymorphs bind on equip and tradeable (like was said in ESO live) is telling us how many more times better the 6000 stone box is at dropping polymorphs than the 600 stone box. You don't even have to say the drop rate. We would just like to be able to judge for ourselves the best way to spend our stones, but we need the information that I ask for, and it is only fair given the past words about the polymorphs.

They went back on their promise, so the very least we can ask for is the odds of the 600 box versus the 6,000 box.

I spent yesterday 80k on Imperial Boxes, nothing. I got some good items though for various sets, maybe I was lucky as it didnt give me bad traits.

around 35k stones in total. bought 3 big boxes (6k each) and 25+ small boxes (600 each). Then I got dreadguard, which is awesome. Didnt open more boxes since, but I expect I will get the other two eventually, but Im no in a rush anymore since I already have one.

I have now officially reached 50,000 stones, all spent on boxes, both 600 and 6k. Not one polymorph.

Can we please get some actual percentage numbers on your chances of getting one?

It really, really does suck. I did have to spend 69,200 after all getting mine on box 115.

when I hit v16 on my magicka nightblade I spent the 24k tel var I had banked on 4 of the 6k lockboxes and was lucky enough to get polymorphs in two of them, the light and heavy ones. spent another 24k since to try and get the last one but nothing so far. i'd definitely say the 6k boxes seem better as I've bought loads of the cheaper ones. i'd also say its worthwhile saving your tel var and buying a few 6k boxes at a time.

It may be true, but you simply never know with this random thingy. I didnt get any in 3 6k boxes I bought and later I got one from a single 600 box I bought out of desperation. As I read some of the comments here, I was quite lucky to spend only 35k.

They never give out numbers on this stuff, we figure it out on our own. Heck we don't even know what the Cyro caps are and every combat formula has been figured out by players lol.

I got my tormentor poly a week ago after spending about 110 k, i think i opened about 15 green and the rest 6 k boxes

It dropped in a 6 k box, which was also the last i bought

Now i dont rage so much if someone kills me and i loose 1400 tv stones haha, it is quite liberating.
I have 30 k stones now and will buy tears with them i guess, to make tripots.

Oh by the way everyone; on PTS the 6,000 boxes actually cost 3,000. So if we save our stones and wait, it may become easier, PTS is always subject to change so yeah.

I spent approximately 120k to get my first (Dreadguard), decided not to bother with the rest.

On a separate note I've killed Molag Bal over 100 times now and not got the Soul Shriven skin, got the Stonefire Scamp though.
