right now as i am tying this fishing in foul waters with crawlers bait and been getting used bait each time. so my question has any one seen something like that when they are fishing with correct bait?

I have seemingly the same thing happen, but it was when I had just started fishing. It's quite possible I was making mistakes.I can offer some advice, though it may not help. First, make sure you collect the used bait. If you throw it back, you will get the same used bait every cast. If this method gets you past the used bait to get a fish, carefully note what fish you catch. Odds are that even though you think it's foul water, it's not. The fish you catch will reveal the water type.
