Dropped through bottom of building into void

PLaying The Rodent thingy with Sheopgraph and had to fight UNcle Leo. Killed forst time round and hit R for wayshrine. Instead og being at the Wayshrine I have ended up underneath building in some sort of void ( rahter like Shyrim where you could go through walls etc using the tyld button). I can do absolutely nothing - cannot move; use weapon; jump;run - absolutely nothing. I have raised a ticket but they take so long to answer its unbelievable. It has taken me weeks to get to my level 31 and now I am totally broken.
PLEASE can someone helkp me?

There's a plane meld going on -- these kind of issues are to be expected.

Someday you gonna have a response to your ticket and they gonna move your character to other zone, lol have you try to use the unstuck me tool in help??

Just open the menu go to help and put unstuck me it's gonna take you to the nearest way shrine

I assume your on PC so the UI might be different, but on the console UI you have an option to help if you are trapped somewhere. Check your UI, look for HELP option. If It's the same you should have an option that says something like GET ME UNSTUCK.
If this is in your options click it and it will spawn you at the nearest wayshrine. It will cost you the normal amount of gold it costs to travel to a wayshrine at any other time, (which is abit pointless if you have little or no money).
If you have this option, and the cash hopefully it should do the trick. If you don't have this option I think you might be screwed.

OK Folks -
firstly - so far as I can see The PC version does not have an 'unstuck' me option in the help file. At least, if it does I couldn't find it anywahere.
Secondly I believe that you can bring up the map and move yourself to a wayshrine then re-enter your scenario - didn't try it but the menus did work so I assume this is possible.
No - they haven't bothered to reply except with their usual 'you have been noted' response.

I eventually got out of it by quiting; waiting 10 minutes then going back on. This brought me to the beginning of the scenario and I had to go through the whole thing again - bit of a bore but better than being stuck and losing my character altogether. Incidentally I did manage to beat Uncle Leo.

For future reference, the "Get Me Unstuck" command on PC is activated by typing /stuck in chat.

Yes, there is a LOT of 'falling through the world' happening right now, ever since the major update. I've gotten stuck MANY times, fallen to my death under Grahtwood's bank, been stuck under green goo, been teleported to an area that was 'out of bounds' with no way to get back into the gaming zone, etc... logging out and logging back in right away puts me back in the exact same 'stuck' location. The only way I've gotten out of it was to bring up the map and teleport to Wayshrine.

Typically this only happens to me when logging out for a few minutes and then logging in... when I log back in, after a second or two after appearing, is when the 'falling through' tends to happen. It's this screen stutter, then falling, sometimes loading screen, then play the "where did I end up this time" game when your character finally loads.

Open up the roster of one of your guilds and port to another guild member who is in the same alliance (right click on their name and select travel to player) - you do not have to wait for customer support to get you out if you are stuck.

If that does not work, type /stuck into the chat box. (PC)

^THIS is what I do and it also saves you from having to spend gold to teleport to Wayshrine.

Once again - many thanks to all of you. I have noted the /stuck command and also the idea of teleporting to a fellow guild member. Hopefully this won't happen again but jusdst in case someone else is worried:-

This happened 'cos I hit the wayshrine button too fast after being given the usual choices. At least that is how I figured it.

This is STILL a major problem... had it happen at least a couple times a day, never upon the first log-in, but happens occasionally after logging out, then logging back in a short time later... as soon as you start to move, you fall through the world, sometimes you're lucky and it puts you back where you started, other times, it can teleport you a distance from your starting location. Just yesterday I logged out for lunch, came back 10 minutes later and logged back in and fell through... went from standing beside Grahtwood's Bank to standing next to Grahtwood's Wayshrine. This only started happening after update 2.1.4 here on PC.

Yup! I noticed several bad happenings after this update. Currentl;y waiting for the 'verrry sloooow' download of the latest patch (6-10-15) so will be interested to see if they have done anything useful - like fix the last patch!
