What makes you come back to this game?

kupacmac✭✭✭What keeps me playing is a fun guild and the only MMO that meets all of the following criteria:- Action oriented combat (no GCD crap) and skill/spell aiming (no tab-targeting)
- Top-notch graphics without cartoon themes
- Bearable end-game gear progression (don't have to run the same 4 raids over and over hoping for the right drop)
- Meaningful crafting
- Manageable skill bar (hate games with 10+ skill bars that you have to have for those rare cases where you need use skill #142)
- No mandatory monthly fee
- No auction house

RatedChaotic✭✭✭✭I come back for the progression. Other games you grind get max lvl and gear then the game is boring. Here the pvp is fun plus having the cp system my toon continues to grow. With other games you get the end game then play another game until a new dlc. With eso I can continue to progress while waiting.

✭If it wasnt Elder Scrolls id be gone. The world also looks pretty good and isnt the cartoony MMO look. Aside from that though everything they do has been done better in other games and somethings they've done are just dishonest.

✭The game hits a sweet spot for me in video gaming. It's filled with things I like to do even when I've done them already and it expands as time goes on (even if I don't always agree with the direction); once you add in the gameplay (that I happen to like) cool art and music, and some great guildies, I can't stay away.1 -

✭I never left for more than a few days so I will list the things that keep me playing.
1- Crafting, it's very diverse and I like making all kinds of things for myself and others.
2- Combat, no other MMO i've played has combat like this. The last one I played was WoW back in 2009. I loved the combat in Skyrim and played that for a very long time. Even tho ESO isn't exactly like Skyrim's combat, it's still really good. Being able to control when you block, dodge etc makes the game a lot more fun.
3- The graphics are incredible. The problem with this, is the servers suck so you have to tone down your graphics to get decent FPS in PVP even with top end video cards. When you can go from 100 FPS to 5 in PVP there's something wrong....
