    sounds OP to me, stamina is pretty much the second most essential thing in the game and it also regenerates the slowest. 2 handed is already better than 1HS no need to widen that gap and make everyone have to use 2H in order to be able to get resources to be competitive.

    that seems overpowered since with a 2hander you can already spam WB with a low cost, and that after killing something you get regen. Honestly we need that heal because it saves you from some tough spots with a cheap powerful heal (morph)

    Edit: also, you can cast rally then switch to another weapon, so that'd make everyone use 2hand in their build for other dps

    Making Rally heal both Health and Stamina would indeed overpower it. Most everybody in the meta, if not everybody, already runs 2h as their main combat weapon due to things like Wrecking Blow and Rally and doing this would pretty much ruin Dual Wield's and 1h + Shield's credibility to the metagame. No one doing the usual cookie cutter builds would ever touch them as a result.

    No Rally is fine as is. If anything a nerf could occur but a buff would just cause problems.

    I'm assuming he means take out the heal and replace it with a stamina tick. I mean 2h is already a staple in pretty much every stamina build and only because of Rally. The fact that it's a heal and major brutality buff pretty much makes 90% of people pick 2h just for it. I feel like I'm one of the few people that actually use the other skills in 2h other than Rally. I wish ZOS would take out the heal it gives you just so I could stop focusing my stamina builds around it (yes, I know I don't have to use it but as long as it's there I'm pretty much always going to use it).

    If he means replace health recovery with stamina recovery then that would probably discourage some Nightblades and Sorcerers from running 2h. Otherwise not much impact really.

    I didn't say health and stam. I said Stam instead of Health...

    I'd rather see something more on "two-handed spirit". Like 25% weapon damage, 10% crit damage, -9000 armor/spell damage.

    Edit : but keep the HOT ofc


    Btw This skill is already too OP and everyone have to use it too be competitive cause it's the only buff who grant weap damage and an efficient heal at the same time.

    Said it before and I'll say it again, Rally and its morphs should be moved to a common tree such as undaunted or fighters guild and replacd in the 2H tree with a 2H specific skill. If you wanted to give a morph of whatever skill you put in its place major endurance like they do for whirlwind then yeah I'm in 100% agreement.

    But what ZOS needs to do is make Momentum and it's morphs only applie to the 2H when you have it equip and when you swap weapons you end the effect.

    It was already nerfed with an increased cost, although the heal and damage buff stayed the same

    Caompletely agree. I am already using 2h instead of dual weilding because I feel like I have no choice. I would be using dual wielding if there was an equivalent to rally.

    Maybe the better idea would be for dual wielding to have a version of rally that did stamina instead of health? I'd prefer health honestly being a night blade with syphoning strikes and all.
