Will PS4 Firmware 3 Communities Help With LFG?

Firmware 3 is out tomorrow and includes built in community features such as groups and discussion forums, launching games together etc.
As it looks like we won't be getting text chat anytime soon, I wonder if there is anything within this that could help with creating groups for 4 player dungeons or trials etc? I guess if we created, for example an ESO PS4 EU LFG community within the firmware, it might help?
