Bought the Glass Motif, didnt get it :-/

I had those 5000 crowns and finally spent them on something. But I didnt get a motif (and still lost the crowns). Anyone else having the same problem? Did I miss anything or should I just try to contact customer support?

OmniDevil✭✭✭✭I assume you checked your inventory, specifically the "Supplies" category?
