Bought the Glass Motif, didnt get it :-/

I had those 5000 crowns and finally spent them on something. But I didnt get a motif (and still lost the crowns). Anyone else having the same problem? Did I miss anything or should I just try to contact customer support?

    I assume you checked your inventory, specifically the "Supplies" category?

    If so, and not there, check your mail. If your inventory was full at the time of purchase, it may have wound up going there.
