Am i buged or long load times normal now?

So i took a break from game until imperial city came out and aside all the new nerfs i find massive load times. Every time i have to load its always 2 minutes at least and not just ocasionally this has not changed the entire week i have been playing. I read earlier some one thinks all pre imperial city toons suffer from this, if thats true is there a fix?

Also, three people in my guild (me included) couldn't load onto riverside at all yesterday. Endless load screen, had to close game. Tried 6 times between us.

Keepercraft✭✭✭Yes, every one have long loading screen problem and for the most of the time (50-70%) CPU & GPU do nothing.
