First off I have to admit that as a Chicago Bears fan it pains me just a bit to quote Aaron Rodgers...but the man had a point.
So I offer his words to you, my passionate and opinionated ESOTU players, along with a few thoughts of my own...but please save the ripe fruit until I'm done
Like it or not, ZOS and all of their employees, have the same ultimate goal for ESO as we do as players. We want the best gaming experience...and they are trying to provide us with that experience. Whether you agree with how they are going about it or not...R E L A X...yelling and screaming will not get them to change. Offering constructive feedback...rather than a Grand Mal Tantrum...just might get the "coveted" /Lurk your thread is looking for. Put yourself in their shoes for just a second, before you fire up that poison pen. R E L A X, and give them some meaningful feedback, because contrary to popular opinion, they do listen.
Trust me folks...I'm not a fanboy, and I don't agree with every decision that ZOS has made either. But since we are all in this together, I'm just offering my 2 cents. I've had to remind myself more than once to R E L A X before I post on these forums.
One last observation, and then I promise to shut up...
Our Console friends haven't been around long enough to remember this, but there was a time on these forums when there was more interaction between the ZOS staff and the rest of us. Now it seems to me that most of the threads with a "Z" next to them, are more for moderation, rather than interaction. That's just depressing. I think I can safely say that we all love and appreciate @ZOS_GinaBruno and all that she does for us. There used to be a time when she would just pop into a thread for no reason and make us laugh, but now it seems we only get to enjoy her company on patch days...or emergencies. Good grief people, these forums are so negative now that we've scared off Gina...and we need her! R E L A X
ZOS, and we as players, all ultimately want the same thing...a great game. Oh,wait! What was that? Oh, that's right...it's just a game!
So have fun...try to respect others views...Oh and....

How do you know this is true? You are just asserting it. If you move high enough up the chain of management meetings, I doubt they are discussing "the best gaming experience" as their top priority.

Some react to that criticism by attempting to counter it with blind praise and positive truisms. ✭✭There the Delvs they make the changes that help the game whether we like it or not that is true. What also is true how some players don't like that and just rage saying there quitting the game yet here they are still playing and still raging.
Let ZOS do there job and get positive feed back about how to fix the game not all this negative stuff that is just ruining the game. ZOS isn't ruining there making "wrong" changes to shut the ragers up. Don't need to think long about who really is ruining the game.1 -

im sure the game is much more playable, better CSS, and oh yeah communication? its also been around forever so they have that going for them.
was it always a cash shop?
did they add a bunch of things to the game in confusion to cover all the bases while still having no clue what kind of game they want it to be?

I used to think that ZOS was trying to work to a good gaming experience where the game was in a stable state,but after one year of holding out hope I think I'm all most done. If the game isn't fixed and in a good state by 11/11/15 when Fallout 4 comes I'll be gone for good.I'm sure someone will say well you shouldn't have the many characters,so too bad for you.Does anyone else think having no skill reset is going way too far?I mean I have 7 alts and my main have almost every skill point minus like 2 or 3 I mean it'll cost me out of pocket for one reset just for him 100 x 290 plus my alts means I can't play this game if they decide to do this. I've been ok with ZOS till the delays for DLCs started,but I bit my tongue. I really didn't get mad till the long as hell loading screens(sometimes with crashes,but thats not new LOL) came with a DLC that was planed a year ago! Don't even get me started on the champion system and bugs that never have been fixed. At first when I started play last year during pre-beta I thought hay its a elder scrolls game it'll be in a working state one of these days,but now I'm starting to think wth are they doing? Now,listen I'm no arm-chair dev,but some of these decisions their making have no merit at all.
Want to know the real kicker is that ZOS's reason is because console players didn't understand why their skills were reset with the imperial city update.
I wish ZOS would just give us a crown store reset scroll,but I guess that would be too easy for them LOL.0 -

Not going to argue with what you posted, I can see you are frustrated, and I actually agree with your sentiments. But allow me to share a different slant.
As far as Fallout 4 is concerned...OMG bring it on! I love both series, and can't wait to get my hands on the latest Fallout. I'm sure I'll take a brief break from ESO when it comes out, but I will definitely be back. Why? Because for me, once I've logged about 300 hours into a single player game...well I'm done. Don't get me wrong, I usually roll through the game at least once more if I like it, but that's about it. I recently added up my /played on my main ESO account and the total was over 107 DAYS. Now that's some bang for the buck! So yes I'll be back to ESO.
I just mentioned my "main" account...yep I have two. So yes I'm an altaholic, and I don't like the thought of there being no further free respecs in the future either. I also have been around here as long as you have, so we both know that what is said today doesn't mean it will actually happen in the future of ESO.
So as I mentioned before...R E L A X
Have fun with Fallout 4 when it launches...I know I will! But if you have enjoyed your time in Tamriel, then don't worry about what ZOS said today. Help them to see the other side of their actions (just like you did in your post in this thread), and maybe we can have the game that we all want.
