What happened to the Undaunted armor style shown @ Quakecon?

The main reason I was thrilled about the Undaunted pledges was the introduction of a new armor style, dropped from the Undaunted chests. However, currently, all new set items are merely Breton style. What happened? Will we still see the Undaunted style? If so, when?

DaniAngione✭✭✭✭✭They might be saving that style for a special set we'll redeem through the pledges but not through the chests themselves (maybe)... Like a rare chance per chest to drop a 'coin' that we can exchange for a part of the real undaunted set or something like that..

justinbarrett✭✭✭well from a game developer perspective, that reinforced shoulder would be hard to animate...more so with the last one where it is all metal. You could just animate it with the leather, but it will look odd doing deformations on metal...it could be they are refining the look due to the animator/game system boundaries....I'm also not certain the mesh UV's are not mirrored instead of pelt mapping...these are just some of my initial thoughts.Edited by justinbarrett on November 27, 2014 12:39PM0 -
