Terrible Customer Support

After 6 weeks of collecting Psijic Ambrosia fragments I finally had 6 then bought the last one. Once I put together for the recipe a bug occurred and I was unable to get the recipe. Submitted two tickets (150816 - 002961 and 150817 - 003212) over a month ago and have not had any response. I have played other MMOs where you get a reply within 2-3 weeks but over a month with no response is unacceptable. And to think I am paying for this game.

    The bug reports are different from the 'ask for help'. I think they go to a different place and the person who deals with it may not contact you. If you submit a request for help then they will.

    The other thing that I didn't expect was that they replied to my request for help using my real world email address (I thought it would be in game) and I missed the repsponse in my spam filter so you may want to check there.

    Just stop paying. And this thread is unlikely to get anything resolved.

    I submitted a report a few weeks ago and got an automated canned response. Definitely give them an F- in the Customer Service category.

    I agree when i submit a ticket i get "we are having a high volume of tickets" Oh yeah? That's nice. I honestly don't care that's their end not mine. They are a business and I shouldn't even be hearing about how many tickets they have. Maybe don't release broken, buggy content and you won't get so many tickets. Instead of responding telling me how hard it is to be you why not say "thank you sir, for bringing this to our attention. We will look into this for you" How hard is that?

    A little placebo effect could go a long way to appease the masses. It would certainly be better than telling us to check our internet connections...

    When you do, mention 150816-002961 so they know when this occurred.

    As @ZOS_AjanJ said, you used the wrong system to report the issue, the in game bug report system is not for getting help, it's for reporting a bug directly to the QA guys, they will investigate it and pass it onto the dev teams for a fix if they can reproduce it. They will only ever respond to a bug report if they need further information to reproduce it.

    Yu need to send a support ticket in on the help site as stated above.

    For what it's worth, I've only had to use CS once in my time in ESO, and my experience was a very good one. I think I got a response in less than two hours, and the whole issue was resolved shortly thereafter.

    I hope things work out the same for you OP! :)

    I've used the ingame help desk a few times and the responses have always been almost immediate. I am sorry for the troubles you are having but try the in game route if nothing else is working

    then you use the support ticket get an automated reply that you then respond to and get a person who doesn't help whatsoever haha that's been my experience with the "support" minus richlambert he is an alright guy

    The recipe doesn't appear in your drinks menu unless you have upgraded your "Quality" skill from purple to yellow. Did you do that?

    I agree their CS is awful though, more so since they went F2P.
