No stamina regen while sneaking or sprinting

When did this happen? Before the last patch I could run and sneak and keep my stamina recovery. Now both drop to 13 when I either run or sneak. Has anyone else encountered this? It's getting really annoying.

    As far as I can remember this has always been like that.

    So I have just been told by my guildies that it was always been this way. To which I say that I use to be able regen while sneaking for sure. Must've just now caught up with my character. Sorry to waste the thread.

    puh, i think this is in the game since 1.3 or so. it is definetly not new...

    It's always been no stamina regen while sprinting and sneaking, however there used to be one or two stamina regen foods that were bugged to allow regen while sneaking and sprinting, those got fixed a while ago.

    Thank you. I think that was the issue and I've only just noticed it.

    You can get your sneak cost so low that in will never drop below 99% stam...

    You probably have 15% less stam regen because of the WW changes as well

    Get yourself a set of Night's Silence.
    Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
    Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.

    Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
    House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
    Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

    That set, while awesome and I love using it, has no effect on Stamina while Sneaking. It simply nullifies the speed drop while Sneaking compared to normal standing movement.

    As has been said though there are passives especially for Medium Armor users that helps with the cost of Sneaking and Sprinting, not to mention Champion Passives as well. You can, however, regain Stamina while crouching and not moving.

    Always been like that. Legerdemain skill to reduce sneak cost also helps.
