Bought a new XBox...logged into live, (I'm ex early access Mac IE transfered to XBox in May, with Plus), my only character is on EU server.
Start to download ESO.
Lan hard wired constant ADSL downloading at 16mbps (via XBox system screen speed test advice), nothing connected except the XBox.
It's now 22 hours later, and the screen states "Update" download progress 90%.
Seriously?
Any assistance from @zos... ??

25 hours now & 96%.
Can anyone tell me is this a normal download time?
I accepted it took this long when XBox first came live but now post IC also?
Is there any advice?
Customer service (emailed) are taking an average of 3 days to respond to queries of late, but mayne there's something different I can do/could have done?
There will be another new XBox in November so I'll be in this time warp again..
