Your experience with Xivkyn Polymorph (Imperial Rewards box)

I am wondering now about this, heard that some people got certain Xivkyn polys from 6k worth of Imperial Reward lockboxes but otherwise haven't read of any other case. In the past 2 or 3 days I've spent around 26k on these Tel Var lockboxes, buying only 600 ones. Haven't had any luck so far.
I'd assume the chance for polymorph is probably the same for 600tvs box as for 6000tvs box, with the difference being that you get purple v16 gear from the more expensive boxes which you can sell and still make some profit. Unlike it is for the cheaper boxes, where you get scaled green gear, that is most likely worthless (at most good to sell to a few players for a little gold).
So what about you? Have you gotten or tried to go for any Xivkyn polymorph or have any info about its drop rate?

That's around 11 blue boxes. I've bought around 45 green boxes and nothing so far. Currently I'm sitting on 14k tvs, planning to farm some more and since I'm not v16 yet, I have the option to either keep farming my tvs and buy 6k boxes at vr16 some time later in the game, or I can try my luck right now with 600 ones, not sure about neither.

They do drop from 600 boxes. I've gotten one myself just yesterday, the Xivkyn Dreadguard.
Took me around 50 green boxes to get this poly.
