You can simply loot backpacks, kegs and urns in the base for v15 waters. Backpacks also drop blue or purple v15 recipes.

Same here, the ingredients are easy, specially if you have 4-5 alts levelled in it, you can farm purple mats in writs.

OP I just got Lusty Argonian Maid Mazte! But farming gets boring, rather go and do pve + pvp content in the sewers, rush back to bank the stones and decon the materials, sell through trader and you'll be able to buy the overpriced new fancy recipes faster.
