Suggestion for new crafting passives

Have put a lot of effort into improving my Lv 14 weapons I was wondering whether Zenimax might consider new crafting passives and perhaps tempers that would allow items to be improved to higher levels.
I am one of The Great Mediocracy, those whose role in life is to provide the baseline by which The Few deem themselves Great.

✭Thiscould potentially prohibit people from farming new items, if they could temper them up in levels. So I doubt it will be implemented
