I have a friend actually who had a character go missing on his account. Strange thing is, CS said he signed in at 4AM with his character, a time when he is asleep and had been and he had mailed everything that was on that character to another account and then that character was deleted.

Nothing in his bank went missing and all of his other characters were left alone.

Customer Service pretty much refused to do anything to help him at all.

That is totally unacceptable, especially when it isn't something that he did as he had used Crown store scrolls to help power level this character.

Customer Service told him they couldn't get his character back and when asked about all his stuff, they refused to return any of the items that were mailed to that other player to him.

It is unknown if they have even done anything to the player who received those items.

It is extremely clear to me that his account was hacked, by fault of something on ZOS' side or otherwise.

@ZOS_GinaBruno This sort of thing needs to be taken a very close look into. He has informed all of the guild as to what happened, and this guild is one that has been established through other games for years. The fact that your people are not willing to go in and return the items he had stolen off of him and mailed to that other player is not making you guys look good at all.
