It's not particularly funny.
What's funny is that Imperial City wasn't supposed to be a 24/7 grind thing.
You were supposed to have to fight for access, bringing you in and out of the city. They shot themselves in the foot by making it openly accessibly. And as a result killed the novelty of it much faster than it should've happened.

Now That I can agree with. I said all along that open access was the worst case scenario for IC.
You can thank all the entitled people threatening lawsuits on the pts threads for this one. That and the zergs they're all now complaining about.
Classic case of "Be careful what you wish for..."

Hence the whole thread about "be careful what you wish for" to warn about crap like this in the future...
Azura Star on PC EU is the new Thornblade. Always poplocked, huge queues, and all the former Thornblade members play there, including me.
IC is now more or less deserted,

So yeah i guess it had a community if you compare it to the non factor campaigns.l

In the end, ultimately it's the devs fault.

ZOS does B: Why do they listen to people complaining instead of sticking with design decisions
Funny how that works.
