ESO Motif/Costume/Mount/Pet Design Contests?

Last Halloween Team Ninja had a contest to design DOA5 Halloween costumes that were released in-game. Below are two of the winners.
As you can see, the submission didn't have to be professional. It was a wonderful way to engage the community in the creation process and to foster community ownership of the game.

ESO could have similar community involvement. ZOS could:
This could be done with motifs, costumes, mounts, or pets. There is an amazing amount of talent that surrounds the TES franchise. It's a shame that ZOS isn't taking advantage of that community.
Some Skyrim Armor Mods:

- Choose a number of finalists
- Have their artists do mock ups of the finalist's designs
- Offer the finalists up for community voting
- Release one community item

Shame that you lashed out here. Community thread about a fun community activity. This game, this community, could use a lot more FUN. Ironically, you spat at someone about something in a thread that was completely off topic.
You could be supportive, to the OP, to the community and to the community manager who is reaching out and trying to work with folks here. You could be encouraging of the idea of adding more FUN into this space... instead, you chose negativity. Says more about you... and your state.
There's hope... you could retract your statement, you could apologize.
There are multiple threads here about bugs and problems. They have been responding and I've even seen @ZOS_GinaBruno respond to a few now providing some updates. I recently just read something about consoles receiving a patch in October to fix some bugs in response to a request for update.
You'll do much better to put some effort into your complaints, speak positive and report issues with some documented evidence of problems - vs. lashing out with negativity. That's only going to work against you at first, and get you banned if you keep it up.

DragonSamurai360✭✭✭If someone can get me the Skyrim trailer's Dovahkiin armor to buy as a costume by way of something like this I'd buy it in a heartbeat ha ha ha ha ha. Funny ideas aside I think this is an excellent idea plus the winner can get their creation as part of the crown store or as an update if ZOS desires as such as a motif based armor set or a costume. Are we basically being told that even tho we earned those dyes, we can't have them on our awesome, expensive, shiny new armor? Given the huge amount of fashion created in a world like second life by it's users, it would be silly from ZOS to ignore the talent out there. We could have awesome sets and it would free up time in the art department of ZOS as well, so that we could have more costumes and motifs. Currently the problem is, there is nothing to buy in the crown store, I have already all what is useful to me at my level and I am not even 2 months here - so bring on more stuff, I want to buy more sets, motifs and so, but I am hindered by the slow development in this department. But I want quality for my money, and more choices.1 -
