Hello. I am currently subscribed to the game on XBox One and for some reason my ESO+ is gone. My subscriptions under XBox settings says that my ESO+ Subscription does not reup again until 10/13/15 and I just received my Crowns just a few days ago. This is EXTREMELY annoying as I just got ready to go into Imperial City and I cannot get into the zone because my ESO+ is gone.
@ZOS_GinaBruno , @ZOS_BrianWheeler Please find out what is going on.
PS. I have tried logging out of the game and logging back in.

dlepi24✭✭✭✭Same here. Apparently I no longer have ESO+ even though I haven't cancelled it and the last payment successfully went through. I just had to outright buy the DLC with the crowns I've had saved up to get back into IC. I really don't mind the xp bonus I'm missing, but I really hope it doesn't mess up my research times more than anything.0 -
Killa4hire89✭✭OK, well it is good to know it is not just me. Can we get some confirmation from ZOS employees please? Also what is going to be done to compensate for missed time? If I am going to miss time on my ESO+ subscription then you WILL compensate me for missed time and inconvenience. I don't support your game for you to screw me over.

Killa4hire89✭✭Yep I have been in IC since release. Logged in about 30 minutes ago and it loaded me in IC Sewers, then instead of fully loaded booted me to Deshaan.0

Same problem. I'm furious. I already pay for plus and I only get to play a few hours a week. And if I'm lucky a couple hours on the weekend. So for me not to be able to get in is a slap in my face.0

✭✭✭✭✭Wow... I can't even imagine how frustrating it must be to pay for something, and it suddenly get removed without warning. Whether it be intentional or not. Especially if that something, was your means of accessing the Imperial City. Because let's face it. Some people are sticking with ESO Plus as their means of accessing the new content, rather than buying the content by itself with crowns. My sympathy goes out to you Xbox One users, from here on the Mac and PlayStation 4 realm.0 -
TheShorion✭✭Same problem YoshinJaa. My subscription renewed on the 12th and still no crowns. This is just salt in the wounds now. I have a ticket open but they are making it this drawn out convoluted process. You think it would be just as easy as check that my payment went through and look through my in game crown store transactions.0

mflowSoul ShrivenIt's not ZOS it's Xbox live. The market place is having issues (that's where ESO plus comes out of) it's on the Xbox support website. The game is registering that you don't have ESO plus because of this issue with Xbox liveEdited by mflow on September 18, 2015 3:08AM1
