But that would mean actually having to interactive with folks! I mean, honestly, most of the people I've run in to are immature jerks who get off on killing everybody (I'm talking IC and Cyrodil). It's really turned me off to the whole experience.Cyrodil has always been mass-pvp place so why on Earth you want to go there alone? You know theres lots lots of people. This game badly needs some working LFG-finder, unlike most MMOs, this game has tons of group content. Im thinking some real-time chat LFG-finder, where people can put their wishes and when its ready, everyone is teleported to the leader.

I thought TESO was an MMO that concentrated mostly on Group PvE and PvP. Am I wrong?
I too am someone who likes solo play, but, TESO was not designed with us in mind. I figure, if I want to play a solo game, I'll go play a solo game like Skyrim or Fallout.
At least that was my take. That's one of the reasons why I never complained about lack of solo opportunities.

Okay. Eliminate solo play completely. Therefore you will lose not only me, but a large number of players.
Sorry guys, but, most of you are not exactly pleasant to be around in groups or individually and make, while I cannot speak for everyone and am basing this only on what I have read on the forums and heard myself in game, so many of us feel completely unwelcome, inadequate and defeated. That is one of the reasons why I, not only, completely turn off the voice chat but my mic as well.
I've already set this game aside for the time being for regular play because of this.
I am sure there will always be that elite group of players that simply love their MMO and PvP nastiness, but I, for one am not one of them. I would rather help another player and work as a team, not make fun of them and treat them as lesser beings because they aren't quite as good at exploiting every single little thing.

Im glad to see some people having success solo I am truly amazed and curious as to how. I have tried all tactics mentioned and never been able to gain stones reasonably (havent made it to the bank with more than 50 yet). Maybe bad luck maybe something else I dont know but the sewers arent possible (30 man AD zergs rolling through) all the way to EP spawn. The districts seem possible until you get jumped after gathering a grand total of 40 stones. Granted Ive only played a couple days but can already see myself way behind and wondering whats the point... Maybe its an xbox thing?

My apologies for not reading your great wall of text in your entirety, but, frankly, its the same stuff that has been thrown up, over and over by other forum members.First by PC PVEers, then by consolers. I read until I could stand it no more.
YOU ARE OPERATING ON A FALSE PREMISE.

IC eliminated solo play? That's weird, most of the time I've spent in IC has been solo, and I've been doing the dailies there with relatively few problems (yes, I've been getting killed by enemy players when I'm not cautious, or occasionally when I get run over by a zerg, but some deaths are to be expected, and I even kill enemy players sometimes too). Granted, it's a lot easier to run around IC in a group, but it can mostly be done solo as long as you sneak a lot.

ALL my stats pretty much went down when I swapped from Purple crafted VR14 to purple Rewards from the Worthy VR16 gear. And, at 110-150 mats PER ITEM, it will be months before I get enough mats to craft my sets at VR16. Soo.. No, new gear wont help. They just have new, cool, gimmicks for 5 piece sets.
