Reactive Armor: Stam Recovery, Stamina, Health, 35% DR when CCed.

Not so fast! There a several dungeon bosses that stun you with a long, unbreakable CC and damage you while you are stunned. This frequently leads to player death, as I described in this thread about a boss in Vaults of Madness: http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/166158/vaults-of-madness-boss-2-bugged-or-working-as-intended

Reactive Armor would have been a big help in this case.

My thoughts exactly. A Templar who boosts health and places points into bastion can get a reasonable amount of damage absorbed using it's class shield. The only weakness would be if you're slow to block and get CC'd which as we all know can lead to death. The 5 set 35% reduction to damage while controlled could be enough keep you alive during that vulnerable period.

Molag kena should be aligned with assassin's will and require 4 light attacks over X seconds.

I actually really like that there are sets you can "activate" with certain combos.

If Molag Kena was something like "If you do 3 light attacks in X seconds, this activates" it'd be a lot better. In PvP and PvE as a magicka DPS caster, I use light attacks in my DPS rotations and see Molag Kena to be a big DPS increase for me if I didn't have to do 3 in a row. It'd be awesome despite the crappy 2-piece (At least it's crappy for magicka DPS).

I'd really like to see the Molag Kena set 2 piece bonus switched to function in that way (Just as the quoted guy above suggested). It'd be a really interesting option for magicka DPS, and would offer some cool build variety. At this stage of the game, there really should be some more options when it comes to helm/shoulder combos and armor sets that offer certain play styles some bonuses (which is what I see they're trying to do by requiring certain move combos). They just need to make these things a bit more accessible, and not require great changes in rotations for every set.

Who ever uses 3 light attacks in a row? It's a major DPS loss to do that without any skills in between.

Very good write up and I have to agree with nearly all of it.

I know I am quoting myself, but I have to say that I am extremely happy with the changes to the Molag Kena set. I am very excited to get this set. They changed the 1-piece to +spell power AND +weapon power (Might be OP for some builds, but I haven't ever seen a great hybrid build yet) which fixes my problem with the former uselessness of the 1-piece to a magicka DPS, and they reduced the activation to 2 light attacks. This is very awesome. Also, since I haven't tested the armor, I don't know how costly the 50% increase was, but evidently they saw fit to reduce it from 50% to 33% cost increase on abilities. This set is in a solid place, and isn't always an auto include for every magicka DPS build, but it makes some builds great. INC NB Funnel spammers and magicka DPS templars :)

This thread is amazing. The best thing about it is that it has tons of great suggestions and yet NONE of these suggestions seem to have been even looked at. Typical.

Most people express the lack of new jewelry sets and the desire to see existing sets like healer/warlock/ravager make their way back into the game in V16 versions.

I agree. The new sets just aren't exciting enough to stand on their own.

Bring back the old sets please.
