ESO+ Missing Crowns

Once again for the 3rd month in a row I am missing my crowns from ESO+. Every month I have to go through the same back and forth between Zenimax and Microsoft to try and get someone to give me my missing crowns. Once I get my crowns from this month I will have saved up enough to buy the new DLC and I'm planning to just cancel ESO+.

It seems kind of stupid that I'm happy to give a game developer £9 every month to play their game but I'm having to give up and cancel because their system is so broken.

    Haven't gotten my crowns, they said they was escalating my ticket. I gave them all the proof they need and asked for.

    Join the club man, this is rough, I keep e-mailing me so they don't try to close the ticket. But I haven't heard from them since 1:30 yesterday afternoon and I'm starting to get pissed off.
