I just purchased eso plus and did not receive my crowns or any sign it even worked apart from an email and purchase history to say it's there

r3v3n88Soul ShrivenSeem to be having the same sort of issue. im using xbox one, but i seem to have 2000 crowns but i have not received my horse! and i don't want to spend my crowns on buying it when it clearly states that i will receive a horse! while my membership is active! lol0

✭✭A number of other players are experiencing this issue, myself included. I had no problems receiving my monthly crowns until August. I've submitted a ticket, as have others, and I'm still waiting, as are others.0
