It really depends on what you want, what you play more of PvE or PvP, what role you play as a magicka DK, what attributes you need more of and so on. If you Google eso sets there are a few websites that show you all of the drop sets and all of the crafted sets.
You only need to really worry about gear when you hit max level so if you can craft gear you are better off doing that and using whatever jewellery drops. You can then save your gold for end game gear.
Just as a general proposition if you have enough health already and you are usually a DPS focused on PvE I would suggest mixing and matching light crafted sets that increase your spell damage and max magicka like Magnus, Torug's Pact, Ashen and Seducer. Find ones that feel balanced for you in combination.
PUG Life - the true test of your skill
18 characters, 17 max level, at least 1 Stam and 1 Mag of every class, 1 of every race and 1200+ CP
Tanked to Undaunted 9+ Mag and Stam of every class using Group Finder for 90+% of the Vet Dungeon runs
What whould be the ideal set for a magicka DK, preferably V6 sets ?
Take off all armor and jewelry and take note of your stats in the character screen. If your chasing sets that don't have jewelry or crafted sets, then put the jewelry back and note your stats.
Anyway, pick a set that buffs that boost the stats you need to suit your build and playstyle.

Well I got bad news, the best set is v2 Sun set.
5x Sun set - necklace and 4 armor pieces.
2x Rings of Cyrodiils light v6.
4x Eyes of Mara - staff + 3 armor pieces. Alternative to Eyes of Mara set:
2x Torugs Pact. (staff + 1 armor piece.)
2x Adroitness. (2 x armor pieces. Not a rare set, but rare to find in v6 since most people deconstruct or vendor their items. It can easily be farmed in Veteran Crypt of Hearts.)
2x Torugs Pact. (staff + 1 armor piece.)
2x Worm Cult. (2x armor pieces, but is bound on pickup so you must farm it yourself. You can farm this in this list of veteran dungeons: Banished Cells, Spindleclutch, Fungal Grotto, Wayrest Sewers, Elden Hollow & Darkshade Caverns)
Sets to look for especially if you are a heavy armor build which is my preference for magicka dk
5 heavy 2 light
song of lamae = nice set with 3pc giving spell dmg
storm knight set = great heavy armor set between vr7 and vr8 3pc and 4pc give spell dmg
adroitness = great light armor option 2pc gives spell dmg
cyrodils light rings = 2pc spell dmg prob ur best option at vr6 (i would keep the magicka recovery enchant)
Magnus = decent set 4pc gives spell dmg
seducers = heavy armor with 2pc magicka recovery
Stygian set = 2x DAGGERS amazing dual wield choice 2pc gives spell dmg (like a cheap torugs pact)
All that said you could try something like
3x song of lamae (head legs boots/gloves)
2x adroitness (chest and belt are the most commun)
2x seducers (fill out missing heavy slots with this not the best option but at vr6 ur abit limited)
2x cyrodil light rings
Neck with reduce cost of magicka spells and bonus health or magicka is good here
2x stygian daggers
1x resto staff
this would give u a set that has decent magicka recovery especially if your using atronach mundus stone
and you would have
4x spell dmg bonuses + dual wield extra dmg giving you prob somewhere around 1500-1600 spell dmg which is decent enough without any buffs. And with structured entropy you would prob be around 1900-2000.
As you level up i suggest looking into the storm knights set as the spell dmg boosts are very nice.
