Need Help with Bugged Cadwell Silver Quest Line.

Ok has anyone had the same issue here where you completed the quest line for Firebrand Keep quest line but it will not give you credit for it in you Cadwell Silver Almanac. I cant move on to Cadwell Gold to the AD story line now bc it will not give me credit for it in the almanac even though, I competed it in-game and got the gold and reward for it and according to my guild and 5 online resources i have finished it. I have submitted 3 requests to customer support but still no response a month later any help or feedback.

Thank you @ZOS_MollyH for responding, my ref number is 150914-002752. This number is a new request i submitted today as a new claim bc its been a month now and i figured it got lost bc i heard nothing, ty for any help you can give me.

Hi @RingobloodtheOld !

Upon reviewing your questlines completed, we do see that you still have several unfinished quests in Stormhaven before you can progress. Firebrand Keep does show as completed, however.

If it's specifically Firebrand Keep that you see not completed, can you please attach a screenshot to your ticket for the agent to review?

Yes I have gotten if completed last night thanks to a DC player in the DC section of the forums who responded to my post explaining that i missed a quest in the Alcaire Castle line, that i needed to complete to complete the Firebrand line, but ty for your help.
