Assuming this was directed at Men'do, our one and true erperor (or Deci in general), I will come to ESO again for some GvG fights and see who wins. Again.

However at any rate, the state of PvP makes me sad to the point I hardly miss it, only the guild. With the addition of campaigns, flat out nerfs, and making cyrodiil roughly 3x as large (adding the sewers and districts), PvP will never be the same.

Geared at v16 or not, the populations will always be lower, with less fights and AP in this current setup. This on top of the fact that its been several weeks already, and in ~2 months they plan to expand again. Nope, just nope.

ia m really drunk so ima just go straigh ahdead and rpertetnd i know what you are saying and say yep, sure thing man (i got no idea)

You're not by chance related to Dshotz are you Zazeer? :P~

Oh god please never say this again
I have gotten very similar messages from both you and Dshotz in the past. Usually something like "I'm so drunk right now..."

Ez might be on to something.

@Recremen "unsportsmanlike" ?! Are we not all at war? Kill or be killed, my friend.

The sport is killing, of course, but those of us involved in the PvP community for a while have found that some actions instead kill competition, lead to one-sided and inactive servers, and generally ruin the fun of everyone without a god complex. I will admit that there is an incredibly small percentage of players who enjoy preventing others from having fun and basically wallowing in misery, but this is not representative of the desires of the population as a whole. In my experience, the vast majority of PvPers desire competitive fights (most of the time), which is why we get so upset when we think the enemy is overcompensating with large numbers.

So with keep-based combat, good sportsmanship is generally allowing the opponents to keep a sufficient foothold (the gate keeps, generally) such that they can conceivable launch a counteroffensive. It does not mean "don't take their scrolls" or "don't defend your emperorship." Those are in fact both things that should keep up the motivation for fighting.

EP took the map on Chill and I ended up not feeding my horse for 3 days because I didn't feel like making the run. I have too many mats to farm to make my new set to be bothered with that.

I understand and if I was in your situation, I'd be saying the same thing. However, the Emperors on those campaigns have no idea if your taking of Fort Ash or Castle Alessia is just for IC access or the beginning of a dethrone. If I'm online I help defend my guildmates Emperorship.
I'm not talking about emp keeps. I'm talking about pushing to the gates. There was no reason on Chill for EP to take Glade, Rayles, and Warden after they got our scrolls.

Heya, EP from Chill here :)

Our guild has an EMP there (and has since the patch dropped). Might be able to help explain some things here.
Since we already owned the map entirely when the campaign dropped, a lot of other EP showed up and started zerging around and generally stayed because we were defending the map. We did stop actively defending, however the other EP pugz zergaloads were still there and everytime a farm got taken, they'd go on up there and stomp anyone who made a move.

A very small group of us PVPer's went up top from IC once we saw actual keeps being taken, as we thought we were gonna get a fight (which is what we're after, we like being the underdog) - However as soon as the other forces saw us, even though we had less people, they would just abandon the fight and flee (which sucks.)

Then the other EP came along and as it seemed AD/DC had stopped trying, we decided we wanted SOME action and took the keeps back. By all means, throw everything you have at us. We who are actually HOMED on Chillrend want to fight you. It's gotten so bad our entire guild is looking at shifting campaigns. Please give us some fight back - It's so damn boring in IC when other EPtards are zerging around.

Underdogs? Your guild seriously considers what you do in fights on Chill makes you underdogs? Are you all delusional?

The other night I was in a group that was around 6-8 and we decided to take some keeps and one of our scrolls. We were greeted by some of these underdogs and proceded to wipe them while they outnumbered us all night. Eventually, our group got smaller and the underdog group got larger to the point that our two templars could not outheal their pitiful damage.
As soon as we logged, the keeps were taken and so was our scroll. There were no defenders.

These EP do not want fights. They just want IC buffs.

Also, your emp is terrible and should step down. He hasn't been able to kill me 1v1 and always calls in backup. Ez and I won a 2v2 against him. A Templar emp that can't outheal our damage is laughable.

Not now obviously, I'm talking to the AD who we're pushing us back all the way to the spawn when I say that. Im saying I want us to be the underdogs like we used to be, not like now where every bloody EP tard and his dog is here. If the AD pop on Chill (with the DC pop) actually took us on right now, we'd get slaughtered. Most of the EP on Chill right now are the cowards from other servers who are only in IC for the PVE content, so they wouldnt come help us defend. Call me a betrayer to my alliance if you will, but EP would go down faster than the titanic if the old guilds who were on Chill came back. Hell, even just a semi organized raid would do the trick xD

Our EMP is no longer defending his emp title, he doesnt want it. He's not even trying anymore. He doesnt call for back up and it sounds like those other EP that came to stop you guys were the idiots from EP, and not our group. We arent trying to defend anything, we encourage taking right now. We're leaving to haderus where there's some fights happening and defence from the AD/DC, if EP is stopping you on Chill - It's not us. My guild is either grinding Imperial City or doing Trials, we have no interest in Up top anymore because the other EP refuse to let anyone take anything so fights can actually happen. We don't want the buff server - Simply because we have a bunch of newbies we want to take thru PVP training and can't because we've got nothing happening. It's in our best interest for the map to be wiped if I'm honest. Imma be straight up here, only a quater of our guild pvp's - rarely. It would no be hard to stomp us, so if people spent less time in the IC (which I don't even set foot in now) you'd get somewhere. I'm sure you guys are sick of having the map red, just like we're sick of twiddling our thumbs waiting for stuff to happen and being forced to move because of other idiot red's.

I can't speak for ALL of EP, but for this guild of EP, we say: We don't want the buff server. Buff servers are stupid and promote skilless gameplay.

Also, @Cinnamon_Spider , I only mean our guild are underdogs. Ever since I joined this guild, there's only been two filled raids in 6 months for PVP, and we STILL got crushed by AD. EP in itself are not underdogs, hell EP outnumbers all the alliances.

I only meant Underdogs as in this example: AD decided that we had too many things on the map (this was about a month before the patch dropped). They banded together and DESTROYED US - Pushing us all the way back to the gate for TWO WEEKS our group couldnt get out that *** gate, haha. We asked other EP to help, and they refused to come (because they don't like fight back). We ended up sneaking out in full on stealth mode just to get a resource, only to have an entire AD raid land on us the second we flipped it.

All I'm saying is: Those EP that wouldnt help before, are now here taking advantage of the fact that the AD guild that was stopping us has moved to Haderus/Azura's. As a PVP leader for our guild, I mainly run the group's you'll see us have milling around. I can tell you 100% M4D usually only has one full raid (if the map is actually yellow/blue - half a raid if it's half yellow/blue). I don't run any groups until at least one of the ring keeps is taken, and I havent even been doing that lately because there's no point, it doesnt promote gameplay. But normally, 'll have maybe 6 in a group twatting about over a resource because I'm not taking it seriously until three ring keeps are taken - THEN and only then will I do an actual "guize halp" in guild chat. We don't post in zone because there never used to be anyone in zone apart from us to post to.

But you'll see how when we leave to Haderus (which is sometime soon, I think campaign end), how the only EP that are left are the zergtards and the clowns who came for the buff server. We're hoping that because the EP pop on Had is so low, that we'll have the best shot there of having some actual fun.

As it stands now, no EP on Chill can be considered an underdog.

Tonight, we fought vs 3 bars EP. I made over 200k AP, moved up to number 6 overall, and only died 5 times while we defended each emp keep as well as our home keeps. There were enough EP on to outnumber our group as well as hit 1-2 other places at the same time, but we won nearly every fight we had with them. Being terrible players does not make you underdogs. Maybe if you would stop zergballing, get some better sets together, and learn your class as well as other classes then you would be able to win fights.

If you really want fair fights, your group wouldn't join in with these other EP. The DC on Chill want fights, not to push the other factions to their gates. But all I see from EP is wanting a buff server for IC.

I wasn't even there for that fight, so I cannot speak on it.

Not that it matters at any rate, The map will be yours within a few hours if you muster. As of now, only an extreme skeleton crew is staying on Chill (well, them and the pugs), so I look forward to seeing the map blue or yellow so everyone can stop whining and crying about the entire thing - Then it'll be blue/yellow buff server, but of course no one will say anything about that will they? ;)

It wouldnt be proper for me to stay in the conversation, since I'm not longer homed on Chill. But have fun stomping skilless pugs, I mean that in the most sincerest of ways. I think you'll find it'll be rather easy for you now, well, unless more EP come to replace us, which is a possibility.
I am demanding better customer service from Zenimax Studios.
I am demanding better and more open communication between the devs & the playerbase.
