kicked for message spamming. on a console? really?
So yeah, that. Error 318, kicked for excessive messaging. This has happened more than once. Like how is this even a thing. Now I can't log back in.
I'm used to this game erroring out all the time from playing pc but come on.

It's not chat messages, it's Client/Server messages which you have no control over and is caused by LAG ...

@SirAndy is correct, this message generally relates to back-end messages that are being sent between the game client and the server. A lag spike can be one of the causes, but there are other causes that we are looking into as well.
We understand that this issue is frustrating, but we encourage you to try logging back in to the server from which you were kicked. You can also try various steps to minimize lag to see if they help as well, such as using a wired connection as opposed to wireless, etc.
