Entropy is starting potion cooldown

Everytime I use Entropy my potions cooldown start, I don't know if it is suposed to be like this.

    It is not supposed to be like that, but this is a known bug to ZOS

    Yep, this and the Medium Armor Weapon Power bug ruined my build, so I'm trying something totally different until it's fixed. :persevere:
    Semi retired from the trading aspects of the game.
