Is race changes coming to the crown store? ZOS is gonna make alot of dollars of the feature..

It was confirmed on here but i have no idea in which thread. ZOS said it's in the works though> I'm excited for it I see my Kahjiit nightblade maybe becoming redgaurd

Goldmine idea for ZoS: make race change a temporary effect, based on an illusion spell.
You pay X crowns for every week you want to keep the effect active, then get reverted back to your default race if you stop spending money.

would let people that do not have the adventurer pack be any race in an alliance or are they going to be (insert bad word here) and only let you change into your own alliances races?

Racechange will likely come hand-in-hand with barbershop. I mean, it only makes sense... if you change your race, most will want to redo their looks as well instead of reusing the settings they had for the old race and hoping for the best...
And once that recustomization option comes out, we can pretty much expect lots of additional options to show up in the crown store as well. More then enough people will spend crowns ot stuff like Sai Sahan beardedness, or morrowind-style spikey dunmer hairstyles... (me among them I suppose...)

I expect we can expect them to only allow races viable to your character. Meaning, if you buy the "any race, any alliance" unlock you get all either other options, if you buy the "imperial edition" upgrade, you get imps as well, but without any of that, you have only the other two racial options for your alliance.
It only makes sense to do it this way. Of course, not like shelling out a few crowns more for "ar, aa" will be that big a thing if you -really- want to change your race...

So would the changes people keep asking for be prohibitive in some way other than having $$$$ to spend on them? Like making race/class/faction changes limited to once per character? Having some temporary in-game penalty, stat/xp reset, pr cool-down? Or are people seeing it change as often as you like and can afford it?

In ESO Live - Episode 21 Eric Wrobel discussed racial passives at about 01:18:30. He stated that major changes to passives would not occur until race change was available, "which may be something we may be working on in the future", nothing more. Read into that as much or as little as you'd like to, but it's far from a confirmation.

I think thats where they are struggling. Lets say im a dark elf without the adventurer pack. Now i want to be a khajiit. Will i change the faction too or not?

All achievements, skyshards, quest completions etc wiped, and you start at level 1 in the Coldharbour prison.

If this happens get ready for massive imbalance swings every update. That will drive $. Hopefully not but usually $ On the racial respecs. They really should implement a Better passive system with all races getting X amount of passive points to spend as the player wants.

Class change is not something I would hold my breath for anytime soon. Flavor O the month builds are around too much as it is already. If people want to play each class Level one of each! it isn't that hard.

This is what blizzard did a long time ago with WoW... If memory serves me, every expansion includes some form of buffs and nerfs to racials... And people seem to happily throw down cash to change to the latest OP race...
