nerf to sturdy gear

Has anyone else noticed that they nerfed sturdy gear a little bit with the last patch and does anyone know if it's going to be fixed soon?

Well Fitted - Reduces cost of sprinting and roll dodging.
Exploration: Improves movement speed.
Sturdy: Additional Defences vs CC.
There are a bunch other and probably even better ideas as well, whilst they may never be as in demand as the current top traits I am sure someone will find an interesting build/combo with them.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver
