Resolve passive should work with battle scaling

When using an armor in Cyrodiil, you are battle-leveled, and get a fixed amount of armor / spell resistance (around 8-9k). You can buff it with skills (WW morph, Draconic armor, Ransack... you name it).

However, there's that little passive, Resolve, that grants you extra armor based on the number of heavy armor pieces equipped, but it does NOT work while battle-scaled.

heavy armor already is the worst possible choice while battle-leveled by far, so, adding to this a passive that does literally nothing is just a newb trap to people thinking they're tankier with a heavy armor, when they might as well pick a light or medium armor.

As a reminder, armor from each individual piece doesn't count toward your actual armor count: you can wear a v13 heavy armor or level 1 light armor, you'll still have 8-9k armor and spell resistance.

Nothing matters when battle leveled, as far as I know. It makes no difference if you use light or heavy armor, you get neither advantages nor disadvantages.

The passives give a major advantage, medium armor grants 12% bonus damage, 22% roll dodge cost reduction, 20% stam cost reduction, sneak cost reduction.

The only heavy armor passives that work are the 7% hp and the 3% healing received. Others don't do squat
