It was.
There was a duping bug at launch and they "fixed" it by turning off guild bank stacking.
That said, this should have been properly fixed long ago. Yay bandaids lolLag is ruinin' my 'mershun!

And, instead of FIXING the bug, they turn off a feature completely and depend on Add-On Makers to fix the problem for them.
Now, with consoles out (which cannot use add-ons), will they finally FIX it?
